Cuasares - Afro Progresivo
Woww!! Here we have one of our best discovery during the last year!!! This terific lp from Argentina was composed by the pianist, Waldo Belloso in 1974.
Amazing album from start to finish, "Afro Progresivo" is a subtle mixture between afro latin music, psych, jazz and funk, sometimes it sounds like an obscure Italian library, the basslines and drums are really "European"... they uses plenty of different instruments with unique sound treatment and great arrangements, including flute, synthesizer, fuzz guitar, vibes, piano, bass, a lot of percussions, marimba... Listen to the long soundclip!!
Deadstock copy, occasional light background noises due to the pressing, like every copies, still really enjoyable. For Argentinian diggers, this lp is nearly impossible to find, serious offer only!!
